In severe cases, the rubber itself and the core rod are all damaged. 2. The problem of axial force of imported bearings. In addition to rust damage caused by lubricant intrusion, the bearing will also continue to "loosen", that is, the bearing steel ball falls from the "flower basket" to the drum, causing serious damage to the surface of the printing drum, eraser drum, rubber, etc. General solutions are: change the rubber itself, set a reliable sealing structure to prevent lubricant from penetrating the bearing. Adjust the imported bearing so that the bearing has appropriate side clearance and axial force to avoid damage to the machinery due to loose bearings.
