How to check whether the imported bearing lubricating grease is moldy
1. Sunlight exposure method

2. Droplet imprint method
Take a clean white filter paper, and a few drops of oil will leak on the filter paper. After the grease leaks, if there is black powder on the surface, there is a sense of resistance when it comes into contact with the hand, indicating that there are many residues in the grease, the grease is not powdery, dry and clean, and the imprint is light yellow.
3. Oil drainage observation
Take two beakers, one filled with grease for inspection, and one empty on the table. Move the beaker filled with oil 30 to 40 cm from the table and tilt it to allow the grease to flow into the empty cup and observe its fluidity. High-performance price-performance grease should be long, thin, uniform and continuous. If the grease is discharged quickly and slowly, it means that the grease is moldy.
4. Hand twisting method
Twist the grease between the thumb and ring finger and grind continuously. The grease feels good, has good wettability, less wear debris, and no friction. If you feel a lot of friction between your fingers like sand, it means there is a lot of residue in the grease and it cannot be reused. Replace with new grease.
